Data you process through the service

Customers use Lead Capsule to store and process their own business records. We process that data on the customer’s behalf, under the customer’s instructions and its agreement with us. The customer is responsible for having the right to collect and use it.

Text messaging

If you choose to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent, and use them only to send the messages you signed up for. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our messaging provider and the mobile carriers receive your number only to deliver the messages. Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, payment processing, and email and text message delivery; when the law requires it; or to protect our rights and our users.

Security and retention

We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect information. We keep account information while your account is open and afterwards as long as legal, tax and accounting obligations require.

You can update your account details in the application, unsubscribe from email using the link in each message, and stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. To ask about, correct or delete your information, contact us.
