Sell more of what you generate: route each lead to the highest bidder, monetize aged inventory, and get paid on a schedule you control.
If you generate or broker leads, revenue comes down to two things: putting each lead in front of the buyer willing to pay the most for it, and not letting the rest sit in a database. Lead Capsule does both, along with the vendor and client administration that comes with it.
Ping/Post sends your buyer network a partial record, collects bids, and posts the full lead only to the winner. You choose which clients participate, set a minimum price and a ping timeout, and decide whether the campaign takes the highest bid or the lowest so a lead still sells rather than going unsold.
Ping tree arranges the same idea in tiers. The lead goes to your top price tier first and cascades to the next tier only when every buyer in the current one passes, which keeps price and speed in one workflow for time-sensitive verticals. Where consent needs to name a single company, PingPickPost lets the consumer pick the buyer, and the lead posts to that buyer alone.
Exclusivity is set per client campaign, from fully exclusive through mostly, semi, and barely exclusive to non-exclusive, so a lead can be sold once at a premium or several times at a lower price. You also set how many days it stays exclusive before it becomes eligible for resale.
Client Price Margins keep the economics consistent underneath. Set a default margin on a sales campaign, override it for an individual client when a deal calls for it, and have vendors automatically presented with the client price minus your margin.
Leads that never sold, or that have aged past your resale window, are inventory rather than waste. The Store Front is a branded, self-service store where clients browse and buy on their own schedule, priced by lead age, by how many times a record has already been resold, or by any custom field. You control which fields are searchable and which stay hidden until the sale completes, with checkout through your own payment gateway.
Bulk Export covers the larger deals. Pick a vertical, a client, a price, and filters on lead source, sales history, or date; the client receives the data and an invoice within seconds, with profit tracked against what you paid for the leads.
Every vendor you work with can have a Vendor Portal: their own login showing the campaigns configured for them, the integration specifications and posting instructions they need to connect, and the leads they have sold you or had returned, in real time. They can import leads directly and scrub a batch against your data to see which records are unique before sending the rest, so you are not paying twice for the same lead.
Invoicing generates client invoices manually or on a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual schedule, with templates that group items by campaign, by date, or by transaction. Every invoice can carry a Pay Now link, and Payments records what arrives along with any void, refund, or credit. Billing runs the same schedule in the other direction for what you owe vendors and publishers, and Advanced Reporting shows investment, revenue, and profit by vendor, client, and campaign as it happens.
