Lead Capsule White Label Requirements

In order to white label your Lead Capsule account, the following steps will need to be completed:

• Web Address – Please inform Lead Capsule support of the web address you would like to use with your Lead Capsule. You will need to own the domain name you decide to use. For example: If you own www.mycompany.com, you may want to setup your Lead Capsule at one of the following addresses:
  • Leads.mycompany.com
  • Portal.mycompany.com
  • Admin.mycompany.com
• DNS Entry - Once you have chosen your web address, a DNS entry will need to be added to your domain name in order to access your Lead Capsule via this web address. Options for this are:
  • Provide Lead Capsule support with access to your domain name’s DNS server. Our support department will gladly assist in adding the proper record for you. Most of the time, your DNS is hosted at your domain registrar or with your website hosting company
  • You, or your IT department, may also add in the record for us. The record should be a CNAME record, for the web address you chose (i.e. leads.mycompany.com), which is pointed at mycompany.leadcapsule.com (where mycompany is the main portion of your domain name)
• SSL Certificate – You will need to purchase an SSL certificate to protect your Lead Capsule. You may purchase the SSL from www.ssls.com. Their RapidSSL is one of the most versatile SSLs for a reasonable price. Once you purchase the SSL, please take note of your username and password and forward this information to support[at]leadcapsule.com. Support will start the authorization process for you and you will need to receive an Email to validate your domain name ownership. This Email will be sent to one of the following Email addresses:
  • postmaster@mycompany.com
  • webmaster@mycompany.com
  • hostmaster@mycompany.com
  • administrator@mycompany.com
  • admin@mycompany.com
    
    please ensure you have one of these Email addresses configured, and ready to accept the Email, and notify Lead Capsule support which Email to send the authorization Email to.
• Logo – We will need a copy of your logo image to place in your Lead Capsule. Please forward a layered file of your logo (i.e. eps or png) to support@leadcapsule.com
